So we try to make the process as objective as possible in order to make sure we are adding high performers to our team.
- Fill out the application at https://rtserve.com/join-us
- Then answer video interview question – the question will vary depending on the job position you are applying for.
- Then take the assessment. The assessment will vary based on the position you chose.
- We then carefully evaluate each application according to our criteria and also partially based on if a position is open or not and how many applications there are to evaluate. We try to get an answer to every applicant if we can even when there are many.
- We schedule an interview if your application passed. Our interview is a behavioural based interview that we try to understand if your skills, character and knowledge are a the best fit for the position.
