Thank you for your interest in our Virtual Assistant position. We already have your resume. Submitting this Application Form is the second step to our hiring process. If you qualify, you will receive an email within the next 5 days to schedule a google hang out interview, so please be on the lookout This form takes about 30 minutes to complete. You will have an email with all the information you gave that you can also send to other potential employers if we don't hire you.   • If you have worked in real estate or property management in the past, rate your knowledge and expertise from 1 - 10, with 10 meaning ''I understand most RE/property management procedures and familiar with a lot of RE/property management terminologies'. If you have no experience in RE/property management, indicate 0 (zero).
  • If you have worked with property management software in the past, rate your familiarity from 1 - 10, with 10 meaning ''I can use and navigate through property management software with ease and confidence'. If you have no experience in property management software, indicate 0 (zero).
  • If you have worked with Quickbooks / Bookkeeping in the past, rate your familiarity from 1 - 10, with 10 meaning ''I can use and navigate through Appfolio/MLS with ease and confidence'. If you have no experience in Quickbooks / Bookkeeping, indicate 0 (zero).
