FORM INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL LAWN MOWING MANUEL

Put address in form if form not preloaded in link you have been sent. You might end up saving a link on your phone with vendor email in it to make it easier to fill these out.

When you get to property please first take pictures of before including:

• Picture showing how high grass is over a concrete or paved surface
• Picture of front yard and building showing address
• Picture of back yard

Please fill in checklist as applicable.

Note- extra charges and describe them. What types of extra charges there might be with out further preapproval need to be first agreed on before being paid.
