If we see bad credit we are normally also looking at other factors like previous landlord referral, employment verification, income verification, criminal background check, eviction history, in person inspection of your current residence and other factors.
We may also look at your ability to offset potential risk that comes with your financial profile with pledge of additional security assets, additional cosigners or prepayments of rent.
