I have an eviction should I apply?

There will almost always be an automatic turn down if there is an eviction in the last 12 months.  An exception to this rule might be if you can pay one year in advance along with extra security deposit and a very good explanation regarding that eviction.

Any other eviction must have a verifiable explanation that assures owner it won’t happen again.
