We value pets as a company and encourage our owners to allow pets. However we also seek to lower damage and liability that sometimes can come with pets. We do not allow pets on the insurance ban list except with special landlord approval and proof of insurance coverage by the tenant: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers,Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids
