Special notes | Off Market retail transaction. Been in discussing with Jill for sometime and purchase contract she accepts terms of contract and that she closed the transaction. As I recall I do not have a listing agreement all other documents are attached. Focused on working for seller and making deal work for her as she wanted to sell but also was looking for cash flow so weird 2.25 for my commission. |
