make sure you confirm title company junk before sending money and RE/max should express em money since they decided they need it on DEc. 23 etc.

Special notes

Seller changed title company and first title company lost em check for 65 days. Then finally found em check of $5200 and sent to 2nd out of state title company. Title company then wanted to close same day. i asked for a hud to review did not get. Then finally confirmed closing date and the messed up commission after fact I BCC my broker for reference. $156. Due i doubt we will ever see it but need to respond.
