What did you learn from your failure or success at this. | make sure you confirm title company junk before sending money and RE/max should express em money since they decided they need it on DEc. 23 etc. |
Special notes | Seller changed title company and first title company lost em check for 65 days. Then finally found em check of $5200 and sent to 2nd out of state title company. Title company then wanted to close same day. i asked for a hud to review did not get. Then finally confirmed closing date and the messed up commission after fact I BCC my broker for reference. $156. Due i doubt we will ever see it but need to respond. |
