What did you learn from your failure or success at this. | Think outside the box. Buyer was ready to walk due to title issues on previous recording so had to wait and buyer wanted to walk so we did a note and mortage by seller to get deal closed. |
Special notes | Closed deal with investor co -buyer Sylvia Chan. Phone call investor no person showing only remote sale. Buyers appraiser required work so was able to hold the deal together with a mortgage and also a land contract so buyer can do repairs and then get a loan to purchase the property etc. Buyer is to do repairs and then get loan to close deal with lender or maybe pay off but should pay off with lender when the repairs are made. |
