Keep working and have a good network to solve the issues at hand. ALso help older clients so the get money when otherwise they would be screwed out of any funds and taken advantage of .

Special notes

Seller had done a lease option with another person so we had to work with Russo and assoc. for 12 months to get property back for Mr. Stadden. The property was neglected tenants non payers and POS from Maple Heights was ridiculous and unfair for seller along with trash every where. Buyer waited 12 month to buy property but had to reduce to $90k and have seller leave $30K in escrow with Maple Heights building department for New owner to correct POS and use money held for only the 5 items listed on the POS addendum. Also had to post notices for seller to inform them to pay rent and changed locks so we could have access to the property.
