Special notes | Short sale on mothers home daughter ( stephanie has poa to help do to mother financials and hardship. Bank wrote off house but still required short sale to sell completely. Took time and dealt with cash offer as is with committed buyer no inspection and repairs list to justify repairs. toook about 45 days for lender approve. NO bpo was ordered.
