Special notes | It was pretty hectic deal. Bank was not going to approve buyer's finance because they could not get hold of HR from buyer's company. I personally had to reach out and do many buyer's responsibilities. My client did not speak good English so it was really hard. Deal was about to fall but i managed to get it together. So hectic to the point where 50% split will be very much appreciated hahah. |
