Special notes | Buyer is Aunt of referral. Buyers style of transaction made it difficult as they reached out directly to seller a few times without discussing with listing and selling agent. I have done follow up and as of 9/23 Buyer has signed documents and returned for closing and has not asked or shared with me to review HUD1 settlement statement. Also Noted Commission is 35%/65% split as referral from Andy Morris for Niece that provided the buyer. Total $3,600 - $2340 to agent |
