What did you learn from your failure or success at this. | Easy sell. Paul put in a lowball offer and after a week HUD finally accepted it. He is very happy and it was a good buy for the location. Working with investors is easy and I am getting great at it compared to where I was last year. |
Special notes | Paul is an existing landlord and we manage his property on 42nd in Lorain. He might give Steve a call for repairs or take care of it himself. He is thinking of going with management but is not sure yet. I think I can swing him into it. I am thinking this is a $850 - $900 a month rental. 4 bedrooms and will be 1.5 baths. |
