Special notes | This was by word of mouth and not on the MLS so there was no updated MLS print out and no disclosures were provided by the seller. I was told that Donna Longrich was the seller and that the property address was 948 N. Central which you will see on all the documents. By the closing papers attached I see she was not the seller so I do not know what problems this may cause. I am looking for the consumer guide which was to be included in this package but is not attached here. I will provide ASAP all though you may have one file for them. The contract also says that we collected a $500 earnest money deposit which was never collected as the buyers had originally backed out of purchasing the property and then decided to purchase several weeks later. It closed in several days and that is why no deposit was collected. Also, I tried signing and it isn't working but I certify that all the information is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
