How soon can I schedule a lease signing?

Normally with in 24 hours of you reserving the property, we will send you a link to e-sign your lease.  That way this important legal document is reviewed and okay-ed well before move in and you can get ready for your move with confidence rather than anxiety.

How long will my “deposit” hold the property?

If I am not approved will my application fee be returned?

Your application fee goes to pay for the cost of your report and the time it takes to process your application. It will NOT be returned because it has been used to pay those costs that we occur regardless of if you are approved.

Email apps@rtsl.us or call  (440)447-6996. Please give us up to 2 business days. You can follow up before if there is additional information you would like to add to the application although usually you will have heard from us much sooner.

I have pets can I rent this property?

What work are you planning on doing to this property?

If you expect work before move in, you should confirm this with the leasing staff by emailing leasing@rtserve.com.  You should assume that the home is being rented in its showing condition unless confirmed otherwise. The sames goes for presence and condition of appliances.
