Please deposit payment first and then use this form to log this payment. This form will email you and it will automatically add this into our system that you have done this. It should be prefilled out except for upload of deposit receipt verification and the amount deposited. As a note please verify total amount due on your ledger before depositing. There may be fees per your lease for this process which will be assessed when we process payment and should be accounted for in your deposit.

To make a convenient lease payment direct to the Realty Trust Services bank account:

1) Make sure you have cash, money order or certified check ready.

2) Look up the nearest PNC location (https://apps.pnc.com/locator/search )and go there during open hours.

3) Make deposit using this account number: 4172876701

4) Enter the amount of deposit and use upload field below to attach copy of deposit slip and pictures of check or money order and submit form.

5) This is a convenience payment and it requires manuel work to enter into your lease and manage. There is a $10.00 convenience fee that will be assessed for using this method if tenant is currently occupying property. This method is free for tenants putting reserving a property to occupy in the future. There is no way to apply money deposited into this account on Tenant ledger with out being told it is you. So please use this form.
