This form is for logging pictures notes and all expenses and reimbursables from internal and external team members. Please complete your log before leaving the property even if you will be adding expenses or sending bills later. Quickly reporting is an essential feedback we require from all field personnel even if they are a sub contractor of a contractor so that we can provide immediate and clear communication progress updates to our residents and property owners who we promise high levels of service to.
