How long will my “deposit” hold the property?

To reserve a property you need to pay a premises hold fee which holds the property for two weeks. This is a fee and not a deposit and will be applied to your cost of moving in the property (i.e. rent and deposit) only if you move in to the property.

If you need more time to move in this will have to be specifically approved and and additional premises hold fee to hold the property longer may be required.

If you do not move in, in the mutually agreed time, the fee will NOT be refunded.
