How long does it take to process an application?

Online applications are typically approved 1 hour to 2 business days if they are complex.  We really try to completely process your application as a complete application and not just go off of one factor, so we ask that you be patient as we work to approve you. 

Potential delays may may happen if your landlord or employer delay in calling us back for a reference.
