For most properties public assistance vouchers will be a case by case basis on the properties we offer for rent. We generally focus on offering housing to tenants that will be making their own payments as we believe that fostering personal accountability for payment will be in the best interest of both our owners and the tenants that live in the homes that we manage.
CMHA vouchers are generally not accepted as they are extremely difficult to work with as an organization and cause much extra expense to landlord.
LMHA vouchers we will work with with properties that are approved.
Eden vouchers we will work with for properties that are approved.
Parma Public housing we will work with for properties that are approved.
PRC vouchers will be considered on a case by case basis.
VA vouchers will generally be accepted.
