Final walk thru water issues on floor from well pump and frozen sum pump line since now one was living in the home. Investor seller family happy work on 2nd deal. 3rd house sale with this seller.

Referral listing from one of my investors discounted rate only listed it. this is second offer. 1st offer they wanted seller to pay for septic inspection protion 1/2 and contract stated at Closing. they chose not to close. Went with 2nd offer no issues until walk thru.
